DONNA SANDALL

PRINCIPAL

BIO

Originally from Darlington, family law solicitor Donna moved to Peterborough in 2000 to start a training contract at a local law firm there. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and over the next 16 years, built up a reputation as an experienced and exceptional family lawyer, well respected by her peers in the legal profession as well as members of the judiciary.

In September 2018, Donna and her family relocated back to her beloved North East and she continued her family law work here.

Donna has a vast knowledge of dealing with all aspects of family law as a family law solicitor. She helps clients with divorce matters, financial disputes and issues concerning children. Additionally, she deals with cohabitation cases, pre-nuptial agreements and domestic violence matters.

Now running her own firm, this has given Donna full control over how her clients are looked after. She is able to offer a service that is efficient and personal, with all cases handled by her, ensuring the highest level of expertise.

Donna sees the importance of good client care from the outset of a case through to its conclusion. Whilst always considering all options for resolution of an issue, such as mediation, Donna is a highly-skilled advocate, representing her clients effectively at court where necessary.

She is a long-standing member of Resolution, which is an organisation of over 6,500 family lawyers and other professionals in the UK. Donna is fully committed to practicing its ethos of a sensitive and non-confrontational style of working and always strives to put her clients at ease during what can often be a difficult and emotional time.

Donna is married with two children and, away from work, loves being out and about with them, exploring all the North East has to offer. She especially enjoys days at the coast and going for long walks in the countryside near her home.
